Artwork from Margaritaville Email - What does it say?

Has anyone seen the new pic for the Under the Big top tour? It came out in a Margaritaville email, but on the bottom of the pic there is something written. To me it looks like "santa i come a ?????? and a year". Not sure I can make out all of the words I wrote correctly, but I can't figure out the ???? word at all. Any ideas or anyone know where it comes from?

I think maybe that graphic is just part of a larger one, so we're only seeing part of it in the email message.

Interesting thing about that graphic-- in most cases it lists the town he plays in, not the metropolitan center nearby. (Clarkston, Nobleville, Mansfield, etc.) But the show in Burgettstown is listed as Pittsburgh.

What I want to know is why did they use an old picture for the tour? It's from 2007 when he did the Sports Illustrated Swim Suit song. Surely they could have gotten a better picture - and one to fit the theme of "Under the Big Top"!!
