Anyone know why Raleigh was skipped on the tour this year? Was it problems with the venue?

Probably has to do with the pathetic year the tarheels are having. Nobody wants to come within 100 miles of Chapel Hill.

so far the whole state of nc has been skipped. He is playing in SC tonight But alas i have to work so I couldn't go. I am hopeful a NC show somewhere will be added. I normally see him 2 or 3 times a tour. I got my tickets for labor day at bristow thank goodness.

I hope he adds a Raleigh date in there. It's usually how I start my "summer touring" season.

same here popcornjack, i started back in 2002 with my first buffett show and now i go and take a group of people every year. I average about a concert a month BUT with this economy will probably go to less to others and save my money for buffett. i simply can't believe he would skip the whole state of NC. I bet a show will be added either in Raleigh or Charlotte soon.

I am hopeful that a NC date will be added but not very optimistic. Remember he skipped the Carolinas a couple of years ago

I got our Labor Day weekend tickets just in case

hate to say it but he might. hope not, but it doesn't look good, at least not for an april show.

But Seriously...I sure wish he would hurry up and add a show for NC!!

I'm in the same boat as you folks. I usually try to see him 2-3 times a year, really stinks when he skips NC completely. Even the Columbia show was a Tuesday night, which makes it very challenging to get to.

I've got Bristow tickets as well, but still have my fingers crossed for an NC date.

It is not looking good for NC my friends.....

I am really getting uneasy here. Gotta announce an NC show. What happened to that mention of adding a NC show before the Columbia concert?

uneasy? I'd just write it off as NC not getting a show, or another show this year. It happens.

First of all welcome to BN! I hope you enjoy our community of folks here. Unfortunately NC get skipped every few years or so. I'm from NC and I kind of have gotten used to it. I just usually make plans to travel to at least one other show to get my Buffett fix. There some great venues and it awesome awesome to tailgate with the people here at BN.

Seeing how NC has only been skipped 3 times in the last 20+ years, I guess we're a little spoiled and surprised here. I guess Atlanta and Bristow will have to do.
