I'll be at the Saturday GW show. I'm driving up from Long Island so depending on traffic I should be getting to the hotel sometime between 2:30-3:00 Friday afternoon.

Hey Dave, at our owners meeting last night we decided to set up "festival seating" for Friday, with chairs set up in the shape of Great Woods. There'll be some tables too toward the back too

What are the plans for the Sandbar? Are we on our own or is there going to be a general gathering before hand.

I don't understand about the "festival" seating. This is a bar not an arena. But maybe they think it will be safer or something. I'd much rather see tables. But then as C-Dawg says, we don't need no stinking chairs. We'll probably be standing most of the night.
