NO RM today on the computer. Totally can't connect, except with Sirius online.

i get rm in my car but not on the computer in the house.

I normally listen to it in my office but it isn't playing this morning. Listened to it in the Jeep on Sirius on my way into the office, but can't get it on my 'puter ( tried both Windows & Flash Players).....listening to Spooner Radio instead.

It's been kind of flaky for me the last 2-3 days. It'll work, then it'll stop for a while, then it won't work, then I try a couple of hours later and it works again.

Hope they get the technical stuff straightened out. It's really hard for me to work in quiet.

I got sick of it working/not working at work on the PC and have been listening to Beachfront Radio and Spooner Radio lately...but listen to RM on my Sat radio in the car and at home...hope they get it fixed soon...that message that they're fixing it has been up FAR too long.....just git 'er dun!!!!

Listening today to Beachfront radio, and liking it well enough. Now there isn't even a Windows media linky thingy on the RM page anymore.

RM also has the wrong time listed for the Saturday night concert replays. It shows 8:00 but in fact starts at 6:00 as it has always done. I listened on Flash list night as I do not have Sirrius and it came in okay.

WOW! Gave up on the Windows player, and started using Flash! The sound quality is better, too.

They took that message down, along with the Windows Media stream, it appears.

Who else does it bug when somebody (ie; website, store, etc.) makes something available and it doesn't work and people provide "feedback" and the solution is to take it away/remove it?

That's real customer service, huh? How about a little effort to fix what doesn't work? Or at least a little communication about it being broken, can't be fixed, and is going away?
