Favorite Comedians.....

Just heard a comedy routine of Bill Engvall on Sirius/XM's Blue Collar Comedy Channel (the one about camping and "rapidly dissolving toilet paper".....).

I really never knew much about Mr. Engvall prior to the numerous Blue Collar tours with Jeff Foxworthy, Ron White, & Larry the Cable Guy, but have come to enjoy his style of humor. When he tells a story you can truly picture it happening and that is rare (Bill Cosby was the master of this).

I'd have to say that Bill Engvall is my current favorite comedian along with Bobby Collins....... :D

What about other BNers???????

From this group - Ron White is pretty funny. Just remember you can't fix stupid!

We liked Carlos Mencia and the Mind of Mencia show he had on Comedy Central. The show went off the air and he disappeared from sight.

For all time funny - I have too many to list but some that come to mind are Phil Hartman (RIP), Richard Pryor, Chris Rock, and George Carlin. Just remember that you can p**** your finger but your can't ..... you know the rest!

Mitch Hedberg (RIP), Daniel Tosh (check out Tosh.0 on comedy central NOT for children or those easily offended), and Jim Gaffigan (Hot Pockets!) are my favorites.

He also played as the "fat guy" in the final Seinfeld episode where they were arrested for not helping him.

Stehen Lynch is a scream. Daniel Tosh is also pretty riotous.

All of the redneck comedy guys are great, but the greatest comedian for me is Artie Lange.

I used to go to a comedy club a few miles from me every Thursday. I've gotten to see Dane Cook and Ralphie May in person. They were both hilarious, but I think Dale Jones is on the fast track to stardom.
