Nope, I don't. But I think it's time for one.

i will weigh in with ...tommy rocker....in vegas. that is the only time, i have heard the phrase...."its time for a team drink"...between songs. heard mostly at the all day street parties before jimmy b's show. also quite possible that he might use it at his bar.
