It was hardly aggressive skipping. What an outrage. I say criminally charge these "officers" with assault with a deadly weapon.
Sadly these "officers" will be protected by their union. I bet they don't even lose their jobs.

I guess the new "surveillance society" sometimes works the other way around. What surprises me is the attempted cover up. You'd think most cops would know by now that anything they do in front of a crowd is usually being recorded on a few dozen cell phones and will end up on You Tube within the hour.
