Running for SIDS Research

Hey pholks!

After losing 65 pounds this past year, I am running in my second ever 5K this weekend and this one is for a cause. Close friends of our lost their niece to SIDS and the family has a run/walk every year to raise money for research.

Having tweaked my calf muscle on Tuesday night, I didn't do as well as I hoped, but I finished and the day was a great success for the family.
