Yep. All but over for Montreal. Chicago/Philly final? Looking more and more like it.
The Black Hawks have faced the Flyers only once in the playoffs - in 1971 in the first round - and the Black Hawks swept them in four. They had been moved to the western conference at the start of the 1970 season.
They changed their name to Blackhawks in 1986 after being swept in 3 games by the Toronto Maple Leafs.

Did the Canadiens sabotage the Flyers tunnel yesterday?

The Habs love to play with their backs against the wall.....guess they got their wish. You have to believe Philly will be pumped to end it at home.
They don't have a chance coming back to Philly. The annoucers all but baptised the Montrel fans and their "loud" appreciation for their team...in Philly language....they ain't seen nuttin yet!

If that is the case, I hope whoever did it is fired....I don't care who it is. that's BS if it was done intentionally. If you win, win honorably, if you lose, do it the same way.
*EDIT* From the Montreal Gazette
From The Gazette's Herb Zurkowsky:
Not only are the Canadiens denying any suggestions of sabotage, head coach Jacques Martin said his players had their own skate-related issues during Saturday afternoon's game against Philadelphia.
According to Martin, his team lost two centres - Scott Gomez and Dominic Moore - at the same time during the second period.
"Both teams had skate issues," Martin said Sunday, following a meeting at the team's Brossard practice facility. "With the new sticks, because of the intensity and battles and shots on the composite sticks, it makes more damage."
I went to the Bell Center's website and looked at the schedule to see if there was anything in there the day between games.....something that could explain this.....nothing.

I wish the Flyers didn't have that ugly white name plate on the orange jersey.
Yeahhh. The Windy City will be very very loud when they get that Cup!

New profile pic Skibo? What conclusions should we draw from your change in pics? Have you gotten more liberal?

I was never a fan of Bobby Clarke, but I'll admit the Flyers had a good team back then. I did like Reggie Leach, Bill Barber, Bernie Parent, and my favorite Flyer...Bill "Cowboy" Flett.

Enjoy the picture.....'cause I just don't see them winning the Cup this year. Chicago has too many young guns who can skate. Montreal was out of gas, but they showed Chicago how to beat the Flyers in Game 3. The Flyer D is too slow and I think Leighton will get lit up. I'm picking Chicago in 6 games.
In the end, I really don't care which team wins, I just want to see a good series.

I say Blackhawks in 6. The first 2 games are a split, the next two games are a split and then the next two go to the Hawks. One of the Philly wins will be in OT.
