I should know better than to post in any thread when I'm already p*** off about totally unrelated stuff. Gotta give the Flyers credit....they're bringin' it! Didn't get a chance to see the game, but just read about it on TSN.

i'm really surprised at the Flyers..... i thought Chicago would of skated all over them.....not a Flyers fan....but impressed!!!

Although (and not to be sour grapes or anything)....I wish the refs would start paying a little more attention to the physical play of the Flyers and look for cases where some of that gets out of line.

(To be honest, since I'm not there I really haven't gotten the benefit of looking at the entire play...stupid VS...but it looks as if some of the calls that are going against the Hawks have been passed up by the refs in favor of the Flyers...and YES I know that the Hawks may have gotten away with a few as well, that kind of proves my point)

(And because of who's refereeing in Sunday, that's probably going to continue )

Oh well, here's hoping neither team lets that get in the way and goes all out on Sunday. (But I still want Pronger to be taking a nice long sit in the box, if anything that would REALLY frustrate him and take him off his game)....

Both teams have their share of penalties missed by the refs....It seems that when its the Flyers that get away with one, its a problem. When it is Chicago...it is...Wow...look at chicago skate!!!

There are one or two bhawks we, the Flyers fans, would like to see in the penalty box more often than they actually are...

Hawks gonna pound on Pronger and the Flyers tomorrow night? Very possible the Blackhawks will be hoisting the Cup in Philly! At least in Philly we don't have to hear that horrible The Fratellis "Chelsea Dagger" song after every goal.

IMO I think that's probably why the Hawks had trouble scoring at home in previous playoff series



Should be a good game, not expecting a Hawks victory (that way I won't be too disappointed) but it would be nice if they were able to pull it off

No, I'd say just giving Pronger his due.

I wouldn't pick Pronger as MVP....sure he eats minutes, but that's only because Philly only has 4 NHL quality Defensemen. Pronger was -5 in the last game, and is a +2 for the series. If I had to pick a Flyer to give MVP to, it would probably be Briere.

Ok...as we go into overtime, I have one thing to say about this game...ARE THE BLACKHAWKS PAYING THE ANNOUNCERS!!!!! OMG...It is a tie game and they seem to have a h**d on for the hawks..hopefully they get some after the game.

Really I thought this game could have gone either way, both teams played great....

When Kane scored the winning goal I'm like "did it go in?" and then "where is it?" I don't think I could have seen that other than the replay.... Man, what a way to finish off a game!

(Also, the refs pretty much tried to keep it even I thought, calls on both sides, etc. so I'm glad the teams came out and played.)
