ALPINE VALLEY-Lots opening later!

Going to Alpine Valley this June to see Jimmy Buffett? Received an e-mail today from Lamers Bus Lines that busses will be charged $100 for parking. The worse news is that Alpine is telling the bus companies that the Alpine lots won't open until 3:00. In past years we have been in the lots by noon. Not happy about the late lot opening...here is the message Lamers sent to those of us who chartered a bus for the Alpine show:

Attention all terminals that have charter groups going to Alpine Valley in East Troy, WI on Saturday, June 26th:



We received a letter today stating that they will be charging ALL buses $100.00 upon entry of the parking lot. This is due to the excessive clean up they have to do after the event. The customer is responsible for paying this fee. Buses/groups that refuse to pay this fee will be turned away and the group will not be allowed to enter the grounds. The parking lots to Alpine Valley will open at 3:00 PM. No parking is allowed along the side of the road. Violators will be ticketed. The Walworth County Sheriff’s Department will be patrolling. Alert your drivers.



The gates to the theatre open at 6:30 PM. The concert starts at 8:00 PM.



Give your customer(s) and driver(s) the courtesy of knowing this information prior to the date of the trip.
