That's nothing short of awesome.
I see they can't serve beer, and I don't know how you would ever get around licensing restrictions. But that thing is made for Buffett tailgates.

That is GREAT - unfortunately PA likes to enforce open container laws so I'm not expecting to find them here. Why can't I come up with ideas like that?

But if there's a local ordinance that would allow the pedal-pub, doesn't that make it either a licensed establishment, or — like an outdoor beer garden — an extension of a licensed establishment? Then, so long as you stayed inside the establishment (
i.e., on your seat), you'd be OK — I think.
The lack of a rest room could present a problem, though.......

I don't understand what the draw of this is. You're tell me I have to pay $150 per hour to pedal my fat a$$ around town and I can't even have a drink?!?!?
