It must be off a DVD set. Looking at the crowd - hairstyles and glasses - I'm betting this was filmed in the late 80s or early 90's. Sure looks like New England or the Hamptons but I have no idea where the show was. I don't have much (any) Carley Simon in my music collection but I always liked that song.

That CS video still plays great...even with a mono video cassette player, things are good on a 42 inch tv.
