Today probably should be named the "Chubby American National Holiday" 
National Doughnut Day 2010 is upon us.
Krispy Kreme and Dunkin are handing out free samples
So what's your favorite doughnut or doughnut shop stop?

Can't say as I have a favorite, but I've wanted to try VooDoo Doughnut in Portland Oregon ever since I saw
them on TV

When the bakery in Clare, Michigan was going to close several policemen bought it and now operate it as Cops and Doughnuts.
The have some great t shirts. DWI Doughnuts were involved

Lamar's
Dunkin' Donuts
But rarely have 'em. And didn't today.

Our favorites are still Krispy Kreme.
Didn't get to stop in today and get any but will be doing so in a few days.
Favorite type of doughnut is their glazed and the summer flavor from last year, Mango cream. Wish they would bring it back!!

My department celebrated with Krispy Kremes yesterday.
I move that we expand the holiday to National Doughnut Weekend 2010. Do I hear a second?

They've closed all the Krispy Kreme outlets in San Diego, but for one
and Dunkin Donuts hasn't been in CA for years
guess I'll have to just eat quiche
