Wish I could go, but it's a loooong way from Alpine.

It's been too long since I've seen a Mac show... maybe in August.

Y'all will have a great time! :D

Sorry we missed meeting you.

What a great show! Having Jim join in gave the night that magical touch. Mac and Jim feed off of each others energy. I'll try and get the set list posted later tonight.

I asked Mac about August. He said if it's not already on the schedule it probably won't happen. :( Mac said he really enjoyed the Pearl Room shows. It's a shame they went out of business.

I didn't know you were going Candyman. We were in a booth along the wall. Would have enjoyed meeting you and Vicki. We drove home afterward (2 1/2 hours). Gotta say we don't think we will do that again!! Yeah right. Scott Kirby plays in Naperville next week. Another favorite musician and songwriter.

Mac the "storyteller". :D

Were you in the booth closest to the stage? We were right in front of the sound board. Jim Mayer was in front of us.

I hear you on the long drives. We got in from Alpine at 3:30 am :o It was worth it!!!! We also went to the Peter Mayer group Thursday night. This was a great weekend of music.

Yes that was us. Jim and his friend were right behind us. Geez, you were right there. As it turned out his friend lives not far from us. Small world and little did she know I wanted to be her "new friend". LOL  She was nice and we chatted for a while after the show. She said Peter was supposed to come too but got caught up in Chicago somewhere and couldn't get there.

Well maybe we will meet in Chicago since it looks as though we will not be getting out tickets sold. Staying at the Holiday Inn Express for that one!!

Alpine.........oh ya I can't do it anymore. Stolling in at 3 or our latest 5:30 (bus trip) about killed us. Glad you had fun. Great weather for Alpine this year...last year 40 and then drizzle.

:( :( Well that's a bummer...

Glad y'all got to enjoy this one... I had heard other reports Saturday that it was great as well! And the same peeps had enjoyed Peter's Thursday show too!

I've said it before, and I'll say it again... I'm sure grateful for all of the great musical opportunities we are blessed with in the Chicago area!

Sorry I missed seeing you and the Mrs this weekend!
