Booked a king room at America's Best Inn in Foley, about 10 miles north of the venue for $75.55. We have stayed there before, not too bad of a place for a one nighter. That was the best rate we could find.

probably mobile, al for airport. check trip advisor for good rating on places to stay. check rentals in gulf shores, al or orange beach, al which is just up the road.

Pensacola (PNS) would be a little closer than Mobile. There are many condos to choose from on the beach in Gulf Shores, but few hotels. Of course, the condos are going to be higher priced since its the main part of the summer season. About three miles north of the beach and venue, there are several mid range motels (La Quinta, etc.) on Fort Morgan Road. A few miles north of Gulf Shores in Foley, there is a bigger selection of mid-priced motels. Hope this helps a bit.
