Post by pair8head »

Chinese archaeologists have found a tiny Swiss watch in a tomb dating back to the Ming dynasty, which they believed has been intact for four centuries.

It is very interesting. Ever see the Discovery or History Channel shows on the evidence to support alien technology that helped build pyramids, Machu Picchu, and other places? Regarding this watch...being the Cold War kid I am I need to ask...can we trust the Chinese?

Maybe our descendants will go back in time to help the ancients firm up the infrastructure of a society that is too important to our development to be allowed to waste away. If we don't do it, we will never attain the technology that allows for time travel.

if they are using Suisse watches as the basis for technology, why not? As an aside, I heard the watch was a Tag Heuer, so it must have been dropped in the year of the Tiger.
