I thought implantation bleeding was really pretty much right after conception, but I could be wrong.
Now my ex grandmother in law told me that when she was pregnant with her 2nd she had a period the whole time. She thought she had a tumor and went to the doctor and found out she was pregnant.

Major Phin Power needed. We are heading to the ER to get me checked out. We are concerned that is may be ectopic since I have major cramps on one side and my shoulder hurts. WEBMD can scare the crap out of you.

So sorry Nikki, I've never had kids and truly had no burning desire to have them, but once or twice thought MAYBE and know that I was a bit disappointed when it turned out to be no.
