I'm no expert on photoshop as I use a different program similiar to photoshop. Are you talking about ALL wires, including those going down the street? Do you want the poles removed? What about that pole thingie behind the flower?
With the software I use, it could be done, but it has the potential to be tedious.

do you have a high resolution copy? What are you looking for the final output? for web or print? To do this for print would be quite tedious, yes.. matching backgrounds and creating some... but if its for web and you have a high res version, could be done quicker.

Really?? I think High Res would be a lot harder because you would have to contend with the siding on the buildings going down the street.
