And for your 80's flashback...Walking in LA by Missing Persons. Lots of memories for me there. Didn't want to pay for concert tickets at the Greek Theater, so we hiked thru Griffith Park to sit on the hill above the theater and listen to MP. It was fine and dandy...til someone starting shooting at us.
I had just gotten my drivers license earlier that day.
And for your 80's flashback...Walking in LA by Missing Persons. Lots of memories for me there. How about this summer's big hit - California Gurls by Katy Perry. I haven't heard it but I recently read a music blog that called it this year's "song of the summer". And I came thisclose to bumping into Katy as she was coming out of a clothing store in midtown Manhattan last year. She's pretty cute when she's not all freaked out for a performance in her neon blue wigs and strange outfits.
