No Pittsburgh, no Bristow, VA, no Atlantic City, NJ........this is looking rather bleak for me! :o

I might need to re-think that Kenny Chesney-Zac Brown tour schedule.......
I would give it time and keep your fins up, Ed. He only has 1 date in June...mid June at that. Then nothing until mid July. I can't imagine he would take 3 weeks off, then only play 1 date, then take another month off.
You're probably right, but the longer this goes the more likely I won't get the needed vacation days off as others in my company schedule theirs.....

I always liked that JB's dates came out early enough that I was always one of the first to put in my vacation requests...... :pirate:

Hold out longer. My sources say that the hold up at Star Lake/PG Pavilion/First Niagara has been the pricing due to added tax by township to cover police force. That looks like it has been settled and there will def. be a Pittsburgh show announced soon. I am thinking this week or next. Downside, tickets will cost more, but Jimmy's worth it, especially considering that he has always been one of the more reasonably priced performers. [smilie=coolup.gif]
Hmm, I don't know that anyone would consider Jimmy a "more reasonably priced performer" To see Zac Brown AND Kenny Chesney here in New England the most expensive tickets are $99.50 unless you sit at the "Sand Bar". Jimmy is $157 even in the lawn seating area (seats where lawn used to be) I think part of the reason he's not selling out like he used to is the cost of tickets. For some reason he insists on charging top dollar and other acts who most people enjoy just as much are charging less. Having said that, I put my credit card down too, to see him twice but in no sense do I think it's anywhere close to reasonable.
GW - 7/19
Great Northern MOTM - 7/20-21
Hershey Labor Day Weekend Show - 8/29
MOTM - Oct 28

After trying to jockey for better seats, I plunked down the card for the lawn seats with seats. Much like my attitude with Key West. I don't care where I am, as long as I am there. And since I seriously doubt there will be a 2nd show, I can probably swing the day after on the cape.

Scarlett, I do not know about other venues/cities, but for Pittsburgh, Jimmy has been one of the more reasonably priced, especially for lawn tickets that usually run about $60.00 including all the taxes, fees etc. My seats for Chesney/Zac Brown are in the higher elevations (500s) at Heinz Field and were next to the cheapest you could get and cost $56. Floor $272, I think; 100 level $144; 117, 56, 46. Maybe we are comparing apples and oranges between venues and cities.
If we couldn't laugh, we would all go insane.

We can compare apples and apples. June 24, 2009 I saw Kenny Chesney at Jones Beach. Two opening acts - Lady Antebellum and Miranda Lambert. I was in section D, which is the orchestra at Jones Beach, row S. Paid $92.90 for the ticket. August 26, 2009 I saw Buffett at the same venue. No opening act. I was in section D for that show too, row P, 3 rows closer. Paid $177 for the ticket.

IMHO I don't think a second show will be scheduled because the 6/18 hasn't sold out yet.

We had 2 computers going straight from 10-11:30 and gave up on lawn tickets. The only other prices were $157 each and some of those are uncovered seats. We were so looking forward to our first trip to GW but unless lawn tix come back into the mix we will cancel the hotel we reserved (before the rates shot up) and hope for the best for Camden tickets on Friday (and hopefully Bristow and/or Pittsburgh soon). :-?

Just saw a couple of broker sites that they have Jimmy in Toronto on Saturday July 16. Has anyone heard anything more about AC?

Nothing official on AC but seems like it will be in August or Labor Day Weekend. Jones Beach and Bristow are right in that time frame as well so AC would make sense.
