A stalk of rhubarb to "chaw" on. My paternal grandmother, "Ookie" would pull out a butchers knife walk up to her backyard garden and cut a stalk off for me when I came over. It kept me happy, busy, and quiet.

Tempeh. I've been craving it more than usual lately. As a matter of fact, I'm making me a fried tempeh, spinach and goat cheese spread wrap for lunch today. :D
