I have a job which provides full benefits but i am underemployed i was considering a masters in hospitality but now that is not some thing i want and i am in that industry i have a b.s. in finance what do i do?

a/k/a "The First Law of Wing-Walking" :D Don't let go of what you have until you've got a firm grip on something else.
But sometimes you don't get that option...... Or taking that option is hazardous to your physical or mental well-being.

And what do you want/need a Masters in Hospitality for? Is it going to get you a job as a GM of a major resort or even for a major hotel? Not likely. Most hire those with experience. It's like those who get a BA or BS in Travel and Tourism only to end up as travel agents or ticketing agents for airlines. It's a waste of time and money. Take it from someone who spent 25 years in the business, experience counts far more than a degree.
