One our COPA members callled Pizza Hut Park and then the Frisco City Chamber today and they both “Officially” stated date is not announced but “unofficially” with a giggle—they indicated its May 21—

I saw a Facebook post someone was booking airfare. I learned from Vegas. Wait till ticket sales are announced.

I didn't catch her name, so I thought it could be the call I've been waiting on.

Someone was calling for KERRY (a reporter) with news of who's filed for school board.

Last year the show was May 22 but I bought my tickets on Feb 17!!! What is going on with the schedule this year???

Looking like May 21st!!!! Sa-weeeeet! Bought tickets last year, but couldn't go because my father-in-law's funeral was that day. Hoping we will not have to go through that kind of thing any time soon.....

Here's to all of us being healthy and able to get there. Last year we missed out on Frisco as our eldest walked for his HS diploma. We ended up in Nashville during the 100 year floor. It was chaos. This year we've got ST. Louis tickets, but their tailgate can't compare. Fun, but no Fundraiser I need to start gearing up. I know the announcement will be soon. Atlanta has been announced for the Saturday...so why not the Thursday announcement??? WTF indeed.

Atlanta show posted on Live Nation, then pulled. I'm not having positive vibes about this year, it's just so much later than usual for show announcements, despite all the unofficial rumors. I keep wondering if there may be some residual effect from that fall. I've had a concussion; I wasn't even completely knocked out, but it took over 3 months for me to recover enough to return to work. The deficits didn't appear immediately after the injury, either. They were slow on onset and slow to resolve. I expect Jazzfest to happen. I wouldn't be surprised at all to not see much more for this summer. Word of caution, just don't buy nonrefundable airfare. Would hate to see anyone stuck with it.

Jimmy looked pretty darn healthy in a video I saw of him at Bocas del Toro in Panama last Saturday...Feb 26. Especially nice to catch a glimpse of him these days. I'll search for that YouTube.
