After an early rise and a morning of flying we got to Alabama Jacks around 2pm...met up with Mother Hen and some other PHC friends......later we bought rum and beer, and Cuban sandwiches from Denny's for dinner. Last night we sat in the hot tub drinking while we listened to the live music across the bay....the rumors of bad weather are exaggerated..a few passing rain storms...otherwise is overcast with some sun..
Breakfast this morning is Brinley's Gold I'm our coffee...life is good, can' t wait to see all of you coming down...see ya soon!

After a 24hrs trip we also made it to Miami / Miami Beach!
First stop Walmart. When we got out it poured down...
So I drove through pouring rain like i've rarely seen in my life to Miami Beach where the rain stopped - until we went to get a new lens for me at Bestbuy. It poured down again for the way there and back to Ocean Drive (we walked of course... )
But this is complaining on a high level, it's warm enough for me to wear shorts!

Denny's does it right, and their Cuban Coffee and Cafe con Leche... makes that run down the last hundred miles go a lot faster

After a really bumpy (like I was smelling puke 30 mins into the flight) trip, we stocked up on snacks and scored some Zaya rum at a liquor store going out of business. Went to AJs about 4....must have just missed the NE crew. Went to Loreleis last night. Laying on the beach and sipping a boat drink....life is good!
