OMG, I had to do almost the same thing many years ago. Went out to the pool in my complex and found a mama duck just frantic, but no babies. I could hear them though. Figured out they'd been sucked into the skimmer. Reached in and started grabbing them out, only to have Mama start attacking me and the babies just running right back into the pool. Finally I had to catch them one by one and toss them through the fence into the lake (setup similar to the one in the video, except we have a lake, not grass). Finally got them all out though. I was sure there was a hidden camera somewhere, because I imagine I looked pretty funny!
