I agree with springparrot. This list, as well as the organization that compiled it (eBosswatch.com) seem to be concentrating only on one or two specific categories. I didn't open them all either, but each one I opened had to do with some sort of sexual harassment charge or a settlement paid due to allegations of sexual harassment — and frankly, the incident (involving the boss at Michael's) that springparrot mentioned could probably be considered sexual harassment also, seeing as how it dealt with a female worker.

Not saying these jerks should get a free pass, but certainly there are other bosses out there who are equally offensive in their dealings — such as practitioners of nepotism or other varieties of favoritism; those who fail to maintain safe workplaces; those who fail to provide proper working conditions or equipment; instances where employees are directed to do things that are unethical if not actually illegal; and instances where bosses know (and work) all the loopholes with regard to work hours, time off, and overtime pay.
