Happy BN gathering eve eve all y'all. In case I haven't said it enough - on behalf this little crew putting on this shindig - THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU. I am going to be so excited when we announce how much we will be donating to Soldiers Angels

Just a few last minute items:

1. For anyone who is in town Friday afternoon, informal pool party at the LaQuinta (no speedos allowed LOL)
2. For anyone who has sponsored $20 or more - don't forget to find me to get lei'd.......er I mean get your lei - that is your ticket to get food. I will have them with me at the pool party in addition to the day of the show.
3. Our plan is to be at the location shown on the aerial on page 1 - but if the fairgrounds mess with us and we are someplace else - here is my phone number 941.807.5950 (I'm a REALTOR so don't mind my # being in a public location LOL)
4. Entertainment schedule is as follows:
11:00 - 1:00 John Friday He is starting off this extravaganza so I hope you'll be able to make it early into the lot
1:00 - 4:00 The Charlie DeCosa Band
4:00 - 7:00 John Frinzi
5. Lunch will be ready around 2ish so please plan accordingly. We are feeding 140 peeps (at last count) ACK!!
6. Don't forget - bring your own beverages AND MAKE SURE SOME OF IT IS WATER!!!
7. Don't forget your sunscreen - just because we're under the trees doesn't mean you won't burn (ask me how I know )
8. We will have plenty of trash bags - PLEASE DO NOT LITTER. The fairgrounds usually look like a pig sty the morning after, it would be nice if our little area is the cleanest in the land!!
9. In addition to our performers selling their merchandise, there will also be Troy Allan's last CD's for sale ($20). There are still medical bills to pay off and besides - it's just a plain awesome CD!
10. PLEASE be careful on Friday night going to Skipper's - have a designated driver or cab it - they is no money left over for bail

If we can coordinate it - let's plan on a group photo just before lunch - what do you think? I would also like to get a picture of all past, present (and future?) service members to send into Soldiers' Angels with our donation.

Oops - one more thing Don't forget the Nav-A-Gator on Sunday to listen to John Reno. He plays from 2-5. If we all want to be together I would suggest getting there about 1. If you have lawn chairs - bring 'em along with the sunscreen From Tampa - the drive is about an hour and 45 minutes - and well worth it

Thanks so much, I am actually sick over it. We have now sold two tickets and will just make a sign in the parking lot for our now single ticket.
