I don't think it will be the last weekend in June since that is Taylor Swift weekend in Foxboro.

Oh, Taylor Swift. Maybe I'll go to that one instead of Buffett at GW.

Tickets on SH were around $60, but isn't the parking there around $30? At least the parking is free at GW.

I think most believe/expect that Buffett will be at Great Woods on the 23rd and 25th of June. Tim McGraw is performing there on the 24th so I am not too sure about that. I am pretty confident that JB's road team is quite accustomed to leaving up all the gear in between shows - that would be a ton of set up over three days.

I think that it is more realistic to plan for the thursday and saturday prior - or - heaven forbid - another monday/wednesday deal.

Personally I would love the 23rd and 25th of June. The Red Sox have a 1:30 game at Fenway against the San Diego Padres on the 22nd. That, with Cahoon Hallow trip, would make for a truly fun weekend.
the hit and run is as good as any religion around this time of year . . .

Please don't make it Monday and Wednesday,,,that would really stink! I put my vote in for the 16th and 18th. And another Sand Bar show on the 17th.

Yup, and Dave has already told us that Nadirah is in at the Sandbar for whatever that night in between is!

My nephew is graduating from Savannah College of Art and Design the first weekend.....please please please don't be that weekend.......
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Pinot Noir in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming "WOO HOO"

Parking is a lot more then 30.00.....a mile from the Stadium is 50.00...the closer you get the more...i'm basing this off Patriot games

I'm ready for the GW date(s). I'm trying to plan my summer.

I don't know what it is lately, but for the JB @ Gillette shows, we paid $150 for a small rv. The most we've paid anywhere.

That venue s*cked in multiple ways. I hope that experiment is over!

Saw Bruce Springsteen there a couple of years ago and parking cost was outrageous. I was impressed with seeing Green Day there, but not Bruce. I guess it depends on who is performing.

Even for the brief moment I was front row center it still felt like he was a mile away. Just too big - and forget the walk to the bathrooms! :o

Walk or trek. You go get a beer and it is gone by the time you get back to your seat @ Foxboro.
