It always amazes me. We spend so much time planning and getting excited for these things. I know the last week before I flew up there seemed like it was taking forever. I was so excited to get up there. In the blink of an eye it was over, a week has already passed and I'm counting down to the next outing.

However, I am sitting at home drinking from a blue cup.

I'm watching "Singin in the Rain" hard to be in any kind of funk while watching Gene Kelly. He was a hunk.

He was beautiful and in a very manly way. I love "The Pirate". It's always been one of my favorites (co-starring Judy Garland). I still get it in from Netflix every once in a while. I should just buy a copy.

I think I'm going to take a cue from you and watch some old movies tonight. I watched Funny Girl a couple of weeks ago and fell in love.

This time out, the tequila and rum didn't win. I had a fantastic (if at times blue-cup-teary) day with some of the best people on the planet. Can't wait until the next time we get together.

I had the best time I've ever had this time around all because of the people. It possessed me to commit to MOTM. Even the rum and tequila winning forced me to sit around more than I planned and have conversation with people I wouldn't have otherwise had. Good times, indeed.

One of the things I enjoy most about being single is being able to sing along at the top of my lungs if I want to! His dance in the rain just knocks me out, it's one of my favorite movie scenes ever.

That is one great way to rest your ankle...become an ordained minister...LOL! Rumor has it, NY is going to be very busy in a month or so. That will be the place to go for job security.
I have been resting it all day. I'm so bored I could scream. I'm going to get up and go get some takeout from somewhere good.

Felony indictments don't mean prison. It's all about how you get out of trouble once you're in it.

I knew this girl made of memories and phrases, who lived her whole life in both chapters and stages.
Danced 'til the dawn, wished all her worries away.

She's a long way from a West Nashville grand ballroom gown.
