I'm sorry Molly, Biloxi beach is not beautiful... The water is brackish, muddy and shallow... You could walk out 50-75 yards and will barely be to your waist...Plus the area still hasn't recovered from Katrina... Hooray! There will be tailgating before the Buffett concert Thur., May 5th in a parking lot across the street from the Woodlands Pavillion.
There will be special provisions made for Parrot Head Clubs.
Just a heads up announcement for now.
I'll send complete info and details later today.
anxious to hear if there will be a larger parking lot used than last year and if there will be a charge?

The spots are being offered to PHC memebers first and this including the local clubs and one from Louisiana. I got several long emails from the Galveston Bay club. I am riding a bus. Clubs involved are Galveston Bay, Houston, PHlock, 5 O'clock and from Louisiana per an emailspringparrot wrote:I got a really long email from the HPHC, but this is the jest of it:
Each parking space will cost $30. We can purchase as many as we want/need. Large vehicles like busses and RV's will be charged for the # of spaces they take up.
There will be one main lot and two satelite lots nearby. We want to keep the clubs next to each other in the main lot.
Here is what's being provided through the parking pass fees-
Live music from Hanna's Reef from 3 to 6 pm., lot security, clean-up, porta-cans, entry control, and the band stage. We just have to show up and have fun!
They will not allow overnight parking.
