Ticket Master vs Box Office Sprint Center at Kansas City?

Looking for the best way to buy tickets. Should I go with Ticket Master or should I call the box office when JB tickets come available?? This is for the event at Kansas City Sprint Center.. Have had problems with Ticket Master in the past.. Any Help, Thanks...

I wouldn't bet on the Sprint Center box office unless you call them to make sure tickets are available Monday 1/24. For the Zac Brown Band last year the tickets went on sale through Ticketmaster on a Friday and the Sprint Center box office didn't sell them until the following Monday.
