I know less then nothing..

but it seems that a person could do quite well
at the "other" stages..

I am originally from Louisiana and this is my first Jazz Fest also. You are not out of line lol. As far as I know there is no set policy

I must.. the first time I heard that song was on a Copy of the Abbott and Costello show that
featured (i think) Marlyn Maxwell she sang that song and I fell in love it was also the show that
they recorded "who's on First"

but the real answer.. was when the "wide World of Disney" show featured New Orleans Square in Disneyland..
