I'm not going this year, but i was there in '08. Two places I would suggest are, Cafe Maspeo (casual) and GW Fins (fancy).

I guess it is just a short jump from NOLA to Houston for the show and back......wonder if that is what he is doing.

The band is not staying in Houston according to Debbie Grisham. The Laural show is canceled due to the bar's liquor license
