OK......after toying with the idea of buying the $600 poster, I got a grip on myself and bought the $72 one.
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Pinot Noir in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming "WOO HOO"

So so sad! I'll be in New Orleans for Jazz Fest and for a wedding but it will be the first weekend! My first time to New Orleans and I'm going to miss Jimmy by a few days!

You could also look at it as an investment, i.e. the 2006 Poster (Fats Domino) is now worth over $3600Carolinadreamin' wrote:One of the couples were going to Jazz Fest with just ordered the $895 poster!![]()

We haven't been before but we're going with a group that has. I believe they think the cab works well "in theory". The bus is 3-4 blocks from our hotel.spainjane wrote:Carolinadreamin' wrote:Need to call the Grayline for tickets for the bus and the Fest.........

A cab is not expensive in Nola and they are easier than a bus.Carolinadreamin' wrote:We haven't been before but we're going with a group that has. I believe they think the cab works well "in theory".
