OK......after toying with the idea of buying the $600 poster, I got a grip on myself and bought the $72 one.

So so sad! I'll be in New Orleans for Jazz Fest and for a wedding but it will be the first weekend! My first time to New Orleans and I'm going to miss Jimmy by a few days!

You could also look at it as an investment, i.e. the 2006 Poster (Fats Domino) is now worth over $3600

We haven't been before but we're going with a group that has. I believe they think the cab works well "in theory". The bus is 3-4 blocks from our hotel.

A cab is not expensive in Nola and they are easier than a bus.
