Mozilla Firefox Question

I am trying to delete the temporary internet files from Firefox but can't seem to locate them. Does anyone have any idea how I do this?

I deleted my Firefox, so this is from memory, but I'm pretty sure it's still the same . .
select Clear Private Data in the Tools menu,
use check marks to choose Cookies and Cache,
click Clear Private Data Now and then close Firefox to have changes take effect.

Click "Tools" at the top of your screen and a drop down will appear, then click "Clear Recent History"
You will need to select the date range you want to clear from (up to "everything").
Then select the boxes of what you want to clear from the options offered.
