LOL! From the petition..."PLUS, you know how we are, by forcing us into close quarters for extended periods of time, you may actually be creating an unexpected spike in population in the near future."

Well if I was actually getting some action from being stuck in the house I wouldn't mind, but all I'm getting is the "Vermont Snow Shovel Workout" - if I can lose a few unwanted pounds I'll count it all a success. As long as my back holds out!

I have sent a message to my daughter at Boston College to alert her fellow students. I'm sure when they sober up and stop traying (read: sledding on dining hall trays) from the giant construction hill at Stokes Hall they will join the fight. 8)

OMG - kids still do that?? I actually went to school here in VT and we did the same thing - or lacking snow we used the stairways in the dorm. During the winter of 70-71 the snow was so deep we were able to jump from the second story windows. Thrilled my parents to bits when I shared that with them in my weekly phone call home (LONG before cell phones!)

Have you seen the "million dollar stairs at BC"? That would be some run!

Good Catholic schools know how to party! I remember kids rolling kegs down the street from the liquor store up to the dorms, traying for hours and then watching a giant snow penis being constructed in the quad. Ah.......the old days! :D

I sense it's just a matter of time before they make the stair run an annual event!! :D Yup, youth is definitely wasted on the young!
