I've finally started driving my new truck this week. Woot!

But again, I think I'll skip the show this year,
thus breaking a 33 year streak.

Hmmmm .... unless I decide last minute
to go to Vegas or Paris.

You and Duckett need come to Vegas and break in the the new casino!!
"Break in" the new casino? A great idea!
Then I can get back some of the money

I gather the call list kinda fell apart after the show was rescheduled. I'll be heading straight there so if traffic isn't a nightmare, I'll be wandering around beforehand. Trying to decide if this is worth breaking out the cheeseburger hat for.

Jeff - do you have the copy I sent out? Guess you could use that one but just delete most of the contacts :-? since I haven't heard from anyone else saying they were still going. I know Tim & Anna aren't.

I'm a big proponent of tailgating, and probably will never go back to JLL after tonight.

But since the relatively small crowd that will be there tonight is presumably there because they enjoy the music without the parkng lot scene, wouldn't it be interesting if Jimmy played a set list that skipped all the SYPTD?

Yes I do have it but I'm not even clear enough on who is and isn't going. I'll just go and wander. People can just look for the cheeseburger hat to find me, or they can call me I guess.

Tonight is going to be interesting. I do wonder how long it will take to get to the show. It's a shame because today is suppose to a great weather wise. Those at home and listening on RM, have a beer for me. Odds are I won't be shelling out 1 zillion dollars for a beer inside the venue.

PS Wear the hat FH
PPS I have to find my lanyard. I moved desks and packed it up and need to look for it.
Twenty degrees and the hockey games on...

I pulled it out. Every time I meet someone from here they always want to know why I'm not wearing it. So, I suppose it's my responsibility to have it on. Noose... er... lanyard is good to go. Nametag and other unofficial passes are good to go. Pins from past tailgates ready. Camera battery charged and memory card empty. Leaving work early to try to hit the road early. Hope to be on our way around 4:30.

Ankle hurts like hell today so it'll be fun hobbling through the gravel lot. Hopefully a big dose of ibuprofen before I leave will get me through the show. No idea what I did.
