Yes I'm sure. They give away Jimmy Buffett tickets every year along with tickets to many other things they would never ever play. I won them from Elliot. I've won them from the mid-day people as well in past years.

I'll also note that DC101 had announced the concert and hours before there was any sign of a Bristow date on Margaritaville.com or Buffett News.

I'm really considering just tailgating this year. Can't afford seats, and the lawn just doesn't cut it........primarily because I always go in late and end up all the way at the top!!!!

Bet you can find a scalper who'll sell you pavilion tickets for *cheap* after the first one or two songs play.

Great Woods in June but I know the deck would look great with the pole

Actually, DC101 is where I heard the about the show early last Monday (3/14). I thought it was odd as well, but I heard it with my own two ears.

Got our tickets for third staight year at Bristow! Got Charlotte show in 4 weeks! Lookin forward for another great year of tailgating! Fins up from Smith Mtn. Lake Va!

Thought I'd peek in here even though Senor Schmokin' Ballz and I won't be able to join you this year. I'm gonna miss you guys...especially those of you I stay in pretty close contact with.... except for Surfpirate because he's always trying to get me and Tipsy to pimp one thing or another or picking our brains (er brain?) for some kind of a-muse-ment!

Wow, this will be the first year since 2008 (?) that I won't need to work on my dive roll from a moving vehicle. I won't be there either, but I too, will still text Funkhouse 9 "HE'S PLAYING NAUTICAL WHEELERS!" . So, we can "not be there" together, and text Funky9 together too!
