PHiP clubs. Who is a member? Have you contacted you PHiP officers?
Ask them to send a newsletter email to the entire club.

Co-workers. Someone can vote from each computer in the office.
Print and hang this poster ....

If you have access to children of any age, and you car pool them, give them a slip of paper w/the addy on it and have them vote when they get home. Send the link to kids, nieces,nephews away at college and have them forward it to their friends. If you have kids in soccer, or basketball or music, dance, whatever group/club get the address or poster to them. If you have teenagers with their friends and laptops hangin out at your house after school, make them take five before you feed them and VOTE!!!

If you're at the local coffee shop and people are there on their lap-tops, make an announcement/request to have them vote.

If you're in a meeting start it off with having the attendees vote.

If you're on vacation, take advantage of any hotel's free computer in their lobby.
