Hi guys. I wanted to invite others to join my group "Parrotheads" on the World Community Grid, and many other projects supported by the application BOINC. BOINC uses your computer's power to do scientific research while your computer is idle. I have been using it for years to aid in dicovering new cures for disease and other research. One more thing about this I saw today and thought I'd share. Last month (February 2011) World Community Grid had over 10,000 years of run-time and more than 18 million results returned. I find this so great and just plain fascinating! I'll quit pushing the dork stuff now and get back to Buffett talk.
