Why do messages sit for so long in my "Outbox" even though it shows that it has been sent?
I don't do a lot of PM's but I just was in my Message box and there was a message from last August still sitting in the Outbox even though it shows that it was sent successfully. But I never got an answer so I am wondering if it did go.
And the one I just sent about 30 minutes ago is still showing in the Outbox.

The website has gone through an upgrade since then. There is a slight possibility that the message never ended up in the other person's "in" box, just so you know.
