The local PBS television station out of Lansing Michigan had a good program on last night featuring performance & interview with Don Middlebrook & his Living Soul Band. Sounded great. Insightful interview with great discussion about this "Parrothead" culture that has opened up opportunities for Don in this new Trop-Rock music world. [smilie=superkewl.gif]

Good list, but you're never going to be able to keep it to just ten. 8)

I don't think anybody mentioned Gary Seiler yet, be sure to include him!

The new Kelly McGuire is not as good as the last one imo. Still some good songs but not as much tropical anthems as Boat In Belize had.

I second this. Some of the best Trop Rock music out there. If you are a trop rock music lover and do not have either of their music, then you a missing out. My family grilled out last night with friends and I had both artist in rotation and by the end of the night I converted 2 non-trop rock music lovers to TROP ROCK newbies. They went online and purchased both cd's. I love getting a reaction from people who never heard of this genre. Trop Rock needs more attention.
