Sorry Joe.......you just failed your own thread. You CAN'T say name your top 10 & then proceed to name 10......PLUS another batch.
Having said that, solid list. 1 guy you didn't mention that you should check out is Gene Mitchell. He's 1 that got me hooked into the genre!

KEEP ON TROCKIN' .....
Trop Rock.
It's not just for beach bums anymore.
Trocking: (v) /träk'ing/ to rock to a tropical music beat; a musical genre known as tropical rock or 'trop rock';
See also Sunny Jim, John Frinzi, The Boat Drunks, Young Rebel Goombas, Scott Kirby, Jim Morris, Keith Sykes, Kelly McGuire, etc.

I like Jim Morris the best of all. There are lots of good tropical anthems in his catalog.
Also like Brent Burns and Kelly McGuire is great too...We need a new cd from him.
Jimmy Parrish and Ocean Waves' new cd is good.
There's Jake & The Half Conched Band of course.

John Friday's is d@mn good.
Homemade Wine's "Music For the Salty Soul" is excellent. I love "Take Me Down To the Tropics"...This is a must have cd.
I don't think I have taken Jake's new "Salt in My Veins" one out of my cd player since I got it. Another must have CD!

Browsing a record store the other day I was wishing there was a "Trop Rock" section and some collection of Trop Rock artist available for the CD player in my car.
Here's an idea:
1- Surfpirate Records or Surfpirate Studios or something like that
2- Trop Rock artists grant SP permission to generate collection/greatest hits albums- with matching tee shirts, etc for sale
3- % of profits go to Parties That Matter
4- Artist gain broader market share
5- PTM gets a big income bump
6- Bob can put his kids through college
