Simply for peace of mind and ease of purchase, I got tickets through the Lonestar Parrothead club. I've never done the floor before. I'm a tad worried about my knee replacement

and missing some because I will actually have to sit down occasionally, but I'll also be on the lawn in St. Louis so I'll have both experiences this year. I want to give a huge shout out to Ozzy

for hooking me up. I was able to keep my 9:30 appointment and not stress. Ahhhh, is that the sound of Frisco calling??

You should be able to sit during part of the show... the floor isn't too bad... its a temp floor they put down and you have metal folding chairs... been on the floor twice before.

You and my wife can sit and enjoy a few quieter moments. She enjoys the tailgate more than the concert. Bringing a friend to be my concert buddy just in case...

So, I'm a newbie to the Frisco party, but am a seasoned Alpine Valley goer...I just moved to north Texas and am super excited about going to JB in Frisco! So, what's the tailgating like? I'm only use to Alpine Valley style, any similarities?

there is no comparison. Frisco - hands down.
