it went really well! We were afraid we wouldn't cover expenses when the band started, but when we ended the evening, we had over $2000 to donate back! It was a fun night with loads of generous Parrotheads!

On a side note as I check out the face page and the "guests" who pop in for appearances at concerts...I was a bit unsure about Bret Michaels last year, but is anyone else shivering about the fact that Kid Rock could be a possible guest? Now, I don't watch his tour list and am going mentioning this as he is a Michigan guy.... but if he were to be a guest at the concert this year I would find that kinda weird...

I saw Kid Rock in Toronto last week. The usual awesome show!! I think it would be cool if Kid Rock made a guest appearance. On July 20th he's in Omaha and on the 22nd he's in Cheyenne. He's free that night but it's a tough commute.

I can't imagine Kid Rock popping in, but perhaps someone else will??? All I know is that I missed last year's concert and I can't wait for this one!! Bringing DD16 so she is in for a treat!

The Kid would fit in verrrry nicely......but as Lefty says........ain't gonna happen.
Now......as I had mentioned before......Rob Zombie will be in town for the day after Buffett show just as Michaels was last year...........

Well I meant it put me in the concert mode. I took my DD16 to see TS and in July I will be taking her to see Jimmy. Now that she has concert fever she wants tix to Kenny Chesney and Rascall Flatts. I'll pass on those..just give me July 21st!!!
