Looks like I've been "unofficially" designated as the phone list keeper this year
I have a few names from Last year, so far I know about
ejr(Ellen)
wino and I know (Garry)
Glorfindel7 (yours truly)
maid memories (Lesley)
Lee2 (Lee)
I'll get the list out to everyone on Thursday evening (to give those traveling on Friday a chance to list.
(Some of the other names I have, simply tell me if you want to be included...)

BTW, thanks spark for bringing the grill
If you want, that would be great, and get some buns or rolls for them too,.
Does anyone have a folding table they could bring to put some stuff on--that would be helpful.
Spark--will you and your wife be able to meet up with us at 10 to caravan over--if you are bringing the grill, we want to make sure you are either parked with us or very close by!
For everyone else--who wants to bring what in terms of food???

I might be able to get hold of a 19x14 charcoal grill if that is big enough? Let me know.
That would be phenomenal if you could--and do come and tailgate--you have to if you want the full experience!
OK, put us down for bringing the grill and the charcoal
You're a gem of a man.
Yeah, we've always met at that McDondalds in years past. I'm assuming that will be the case this year, unless someone decides someplace else would be better.
Again, thank you for bringing the grill and charcoal.
Do you have a favorite beer or other type of adult beverage I could bring along?

Meeting place is the McDonalds at 7701 S. Harlem, at 10:am. We will caravan from there to the East Lot. Those who will be in the caravan, make sure I know that, and be sure to be on the cell phone list. Those coming later, be sure to get on the cell phone list so you can find us. And let us know what food you can bring!

I will bring some burgers, brats, buns, mustard, ketchup, and my small gas grill (about 12 inch diameter). Do we have an estimate on the number of people we should plan for? Anything else we need?
I will probably not make the 10:00 caravan, but it is too early to know for sure.

Not sure how many people at this point, but what you are doing is great-thanks! Looking forward to seeing you next weekend! Are you going to Ilo and Nadirah on Sunday?

No problem, we are looking forward to meeting everyone and enjoying the whole tailgating experience.
I haven't met an alcohol I don't like...yes I'll even drink Bud and I am partial to PBR or Hamms.
I have some rum I've been mellowing in a small barrell (2 litre) that I'm thinking of bottling and bringing with. Haven't decided if I'm going to spice it or not...the last one I spiced and it went really well with my own "POG" (Passion Fruit, Orange and Guava Juices), it's a juice you can get in stores in Hawaii, but I haven't found it here so I make do with buying the juices seperately and making my own Anyhoo, I might bring it along to help the party...
I can bring food to fill in the gaps. Whatever I bring will have to be grillable or store bought since we're driving up from Nashville the night before. I'm going to bring a little GW to you all and bring some Tonga Juice. The legend lives on!
I know I have a few camping chairs and I have decorations, but I'm still trying to find an easy up to borrow since I left mine in Tampa after tailgating down there in anticipation of moving in October.
EIGHT DAYS!
I knew this girl made of memories and phrases, who lived her whole life in both chapters and stages.
Danced 'til the dawn, wished all her worries away.
She's a long way from a West Nashville grand ballroom gown.

If Garry brings extras, we should be ok on chairs, though another easy up would be great if you find one.
Do you want to just get some chips or stuff like that--easy to pick up anywhere. Or some cookies. Whatever you want--just let me know!

OK, now it seems like we might have TOO much food and not enough to go with it... I think I'll pick up some snacks, plates, napkins, maybe some salads?
Wonder if there's a such thing as a portable freezer? My cooler really doesn't carry much....

Looking forward to next week
I think garry is bringing plates, napkins, etc and I have a package of plates in my trunk unopened from last year, but some salads would be great!
As for a freezer--don't know, but if you surround things with lot of ice and frozen bottles of water, that tends to keep things for quite a while.
Dave--meant to let you know that the 4th seat at the table for Ilo is yours if you still want it!@
