Friday is going to be touch and go. It completely depends on what time I'm able to get out of work. Hopefully I can get out of here at lunch and we can head straight up to the Pier. I'll let you know when I do.

Hmmm... Maybe I'll stop by the Pier on Saturday evening... what time does it start about? I'm currently working in Westchester, but I think it's just a matter of getting down there...

We've had all 3 depending on where they put you, closer to the stadium it's pavement, but the further away areas are more "gravelly" and last year we got there later and ended up on some grass close to the road on south side of the stadium.

Those in the caravan will be early enough that we will not be back on any grassy areas--not sure that the East lot has any grass anyway.

For those coming later, try to aim for the East lot, the one you enter from 71st Street.

Hey fellow Parrotheads!!! My wife(Stacie)and I (Bob) are from Cleveland, Ohio and decided to change out venues and go to Toyota Park this year!! Normally I go to Cincy show every year, but vacation days were hard to come by this year. So a weekend show works!! We are going to be in Chicago Fri morning. Staying Midway area. We plan on jumping on the Orange Line train then #26 Bus to Navy Pier (far more easier and cheaper than driving). Gonna check out the new MVille and bar hope it over to the Landshark Beer Garden. Do the Ferris Wheel etc...

Since its only my wife and I, we will need to meet tailgating friends of course!!! We got Premium Parking, anybody else in this lot? Gonna have canopy and grill.
I guess it opens up at 9am. Kinda late if you ask me!!! Should be a good time. Fins Up!!!!

We're hoping to stop by your tailgate if you don't mind. We won't get to TP until early afternoon, but would like to stop by.

Rick, your best bet is to PM me with your phone/contact information. I'll be sending the full list out on Thursday night (except for those that are traveling to other shows).... we'll likely be near the front of the parking lot as we're planning to come in early (around 10 am).

I'll get a post up on Saturday morning after we get settled letting people know where we are. It likely won't be up until 11 a.m., but I'll get our location up here for anybody that wants to stop by.

What is the local weather calling for on Saturday? NOAA is calling for high of 92 with 40% chance of storms during the day.
