Regardless of what decisions Starlake makes, as soon as cars are backed up to a certain point, the state police will make them open up. Otherwise traffic will be backed up on the parkway west in both directions.

Phins up everyone. I have just joined and am thinking about coming up to the Pittsburgh show. We usually go to Bristow, but we might be getting screwed on the tailgate this year, as you know. Would anyone be willing to offer some info as to parking and tailgating at this venue? This is an important part of the experience since you meet so many people and I really am looking forward to a great tailgate. Thanks and phins up.

Pittsburgh is a tailgating town! First Niagara Pavilion has a huge parking area, part is paid, part is included in the price of the ticket. The tailgating goes on throughout the whole complex. If you're looking for a great parrothead tailgating experience, this is the place to be!
You still maybe able to buy VIP parking, but it's doubtful. There are also buses still available that leave from various hotels. That's really the way to go!

I have booked a room in the Quality Suites, 0.5 miles from the Clarion. Can we still attend the pre-concert party on Mon. night or is this only for guests of the hotel? We would also like to hook up with a caravan going to tailgate.
