It's real. You can find it at the United States Patent and Trademark Office website where you can search trademarks.

Nope.
I can understand the decision to grab the rights to the name. My panties are not in a bunch over this.
Maybe that's just me.
I have to agree. I probably won't buy it but what the hey! Casket? I might have to look at that!
It's quite simple: Schizophreniaville is a mental disorder that makes it difficult to tell the difference between real and unreal experiences, to think logically, to have normal emotional responses, and to behave normally in social situations....

So what?
Wasn't there an energy bar called "Tiger Milk" on the market back in the 1970s/1980s?
Tigerblood? Tiger Milk?
meh.
Besides, as a rule products that tie in to what is 'hot' in the public's mind never seem to do well over the long term. When's the last time you saw a "Reggie" bar or a can of "Billy Beer", f'rinstance? -"BB"-

Who cares? The Margaritaville foods are not good. They were over priced and Kroger stopped carrying them. Plus is you read a box of Margaritaville shrimp, the only thing Margaritaville about them is the name. The company marketing the shrimp is using the name. Rather leasing the name

I was thinking that, too. Jimmy has the contracts, contacts and production in place already. Adding a new rum or tequila to the existing line could be a pretty quick process. While Charlie is still around.
